Can I test before buying?
Yes - you get 14 days of full access without a credit card. After the trial you can pick a plan or quit without consequences.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Every organization has its own encryption key (HKDF-derived from a master key). Daily backups + 30-day off-site retention. GDPR compliant - data export and deletion in panel.
Do you support Polish VAT-margin invoices?
Yes - the system is built around Polish tax law. We generate FV-margin, UKS contracts for individuals, automatic per-organization numbering.
How long does Baselinker / WooCommerce setup take?
5 minutes. Paste your API key in our panel, we generate webhook URL + secret - copy back into Baselinker / WC and you are live.
Can I migrate data from another system?
Yes - we support Excel/CSV import. For larger migrations (1000+ products) we offer assist on Pro/Enterprise plans.
What happens if I cancel?
30-day grace period with export access. Then soft-delete + 90-day hard-delete. Invoices and business records retained per Polish tax law (5 years).
Can I run multiple organizations on one account?
Yes - on the Enterprise plan. One admin can manage many companies (e.g. a consultant running several resellers) via OrgSwitcher.
Can I customize the look of invoices?
Yes - on Pro/Enterprise. Custom HTML (Handlebars) templates for invoices, UKS contracts and consignment offers. Plus your own logo and brand color.
Can I use the system as a non-Polish company?
Yes - UI available in PL and EN. The system handles Polish VAT procedures (VAT-margin invoice, UKS), but nothing blocks companies from other EEA countries. Subscription invoices issued with Polish VAT 23% (or 0% reverse charge for EU VAT registered clients). EU VAT IDs supported.
Are there API / volume / overage charges?
No. Plan price is final. No API request limit within fair-use, no per-webhook or per-invoice charge. For extreme volumes (>100k transactions/mo) we will reach out with an Enterprise proposal, but never back-charge.
